Longevity, Optimization, Aesthetic Preservation

Building a legacy of health.

Through evidence-based care, education, and long-term partnership

Our Foundations

Longevity

Longevity care focuses on supporting health across time and not just responding to symptoms as they arise. We emphasize prevention, early insight, and thoughtful monitoring to help individuals maintain function, resilience, and quality of life as they age.

Optimization

Optimization is about improving how the body functions day to day. Health is not just the absence of disease, but the state of well-being. Through evidence-based assessment, education, and personalized guidance, we address hormonal, metabolic, and lifestyle factors that influence energy, performance, and overall wellbeing. Care above the word “normal.”

Aesthetic Preservation

Aesthetic preservation prioritizes skin integrity and structural health over short-term cosmetic fixes.  As the biggest organ in the body, the skin relies on internal health to function properly. Our approach supports the skin as a living system-protecting, strengthening, and maintaining it through thoughtful, science-backed care over time.

Care With a Long View

At Legacy740, we believe health care should be built intentionally-not rushed, reactive, or driven by trends.

Our approach is grounded in science and shaped by education. We focus on understanding how the body functions over time, supporting quality of life, and creating care plans that evolve with you.

This is care designed for longevity, clarity, and outcomes that last.

Who We Serve

We serve individuals who value education, partnership, and proactive care. Those navigating hormonal or metabolic changes. Those focused on aging well and maintaining quality of life. Those who want structure, clarity, and a plan-not guesswork.

Rooted in Community.
Guided by Science.

Legacy740 reflects both our commitment to evidence-based care and our connection to the community we serve.

This work is personal.

It’s intentional.

And it’s built to last.

About Me

My journey in healthcare began with a passion for critical care. After graduating from nursing school in 2009, I launched my career in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) and earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011. While I loved the intensity and precision of ICU nursing, my personal experiences with infertility revealed a deeper calling. I noticed a significant gap in care and support for women, especially those navigating reproductive health challenges. This inspired me to pursue my Master’s degree in Women’s Health, and in 2013, I became a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. I began working in OB/GYN, where I quickly fell in love with the depth and diversity of women’s health—physically, emotionally, and hormonally.

After experiencing the premature birth of my twins, my dedication to women’s health only deepened. I expanded my clinical work to include OB/GYN surgical care and earned my Nurse Midwifery degree in 2019. In 2020, driven by a growing passion for PCOS, infertility, and holistic women’s wellness, I began coaching women across the country—and around the world—through online platforms. My approach is rooted in the belief that women deserve to feel healthy, empowered, and confident inside and out. This belief eventually led me to expand into aesthetics and preventative health, offering care that honors both inner health and outward confidence. As this passion grew, I began to find healthcare gaps in both the care of men and women in regard to quality-of-life care. Today, I’m pursuing my PhD in Population Health Nursing, with a focus on transforming healthcare for women and men in our population—especially surrounding longevity, optimization and aesthetic preservation. My mission is clear: to challenge the status quo and advocate for better, more complete care for every member of the population.

Can I nerd out for a second? 🫣

I’ll be honest: non-surgical skin treatments have improved tenfold since we opened our doors five years ago. The science and technology behind some of these devices is astonishing, but every once in a while, I learn about a treatment that feels like it’s on an entirely different level.

PlaDUO Pro is one of those technologies.

Why?

Because instead of relying on a single plasma source, PlaDUO Pro uses both Argon and Nitrogen plasma, giving us different ways to approach the skin depending on what we’re trying to accomplish.

1️⃣ Argon plasma can be used to help prepare and purify the skin.

2️⃣ Nitrogen plasma is designed to deliver controlled energy to the skin, supporting the natural processes involved in renewal and collagen remodeling.

That’s what caught my attention. The technology is thoughtful, targeted, and gives us another way to think beyond simply putting more stress on the skin.

With her permission, we want to share a story about a client who means a great deal to us. ❤️

This is Laine.

Laine has been coming to see us twice a week for high-dose Vitamin C while undergoing treatment for a serious illness. After spending so much time with us, she and her husband have become part of our family here.

Each visit, Laine brings something along with her:

A journal.

For a long time, we didn’t know what she was writing, but we noticed she never missed an opportunity to jot something down during her treatment.

Fast forward to a few weeks ago -

Laine left her journal with us and encouraged us to read it.

I don’t think there was a dry eye in the building as we carefully flipped through pages filled with prayers, Bible verses, reflections, notes about her care, and reminders she has collected along the way.

There is something incredibly personal about being invited into someone’s handwritten thoughts during a difficult chapter of their life. Being entrusted with something like this... there really aren’t words to describe how deeply meaningful it is.

Laine inspired something we want to carry forward, so we ordered a journal for our IV lounge.

We’re calling it Laine’s Journal. 📖

While receiving care, we invite you to read the words left by those who came before you and, if you’d like, leave something behind for the person who comes next.

A quote.
A prayer.
A thought.
A little wisdom.
A funny note.
A few words of encouragement.
Whatever feels right to you.

Our hope is that, over time, its pages will hold pieces of hundreds of different stories.

Laine reminded us that care doesn’t always travel in one direction. Sometimes the people we’re here to care for leave something with us, too.

And when we zoom out a little further, maybe that’s true of all of us.. interconnected in ways we don't even realize.

We move through life receiving something from the people who came before us and leave something behind for those who come next. ❤️

Let's talk about PEPTIDES. 💉

Last month, Tina traveled to Washington, D.C., where she spoke during the FDA’s Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee meeting as the committee considered several peptide-related substances and their potential inclusion on the 503A Bulks List. (If that sentence alone left you with questions, you’re not alone. 😅)

There’s a lot of buzz around peptides right now, but there’s also a lot of confusion about what they are, how they’re classified, what “FDA-approved” actually means, and why some peptides can be prescribed while others currently can't.

This is an evolving conversation, and we believe patients deserve to understand it. So we’re breaking it down in a series of videos discussing peptides and what this meeting meant for the future of peptide use - as well as what happens next.

I've never been very good at accepting, "That's just the way it's always been."

It's probably my best quality... and definitely the one that gets me into the most trouble. I've always been curious. I want to know why something works, how we can do it better, and what the research says now — not ten years ago.

That curiosity shaped my career, and eventually, it shaped Legacy 740. 💫

I don't believe exceptional care comes from following the crowd. That's why we do things a little different around here.

As we step into this new season, one thing won't change: my curiosity.
I'll never stop asking the hard questions and digging deeper for my patients.

If you've been with us for any part of this journey — thank you. So many good things are coming, and I know we wouldn't be here without your trust in us. ❤️
