Aesthetic Preservation

Derma Filler &
PRP.

Two regenerative modalities from your own biology — one volumizes and supports, the other stimulates and renews. Nurse practitioner-administered and fully natural.

TWO MODALITIES, ONE SOURCE

Your blood, two outcomes.

Cellenis® Derma PRP and PRP are both derived entirely from your own blood, but they work differently. Cellenis® Derma PRP restructures your plasma proteins into a volumizing scaffold for lift and lasting support. PRP delivers concentrated growth factors directly to the tissue for regeneration and renewal. Understanding the difference helps us direct each modality where it works best.

DERMAL VOLUMIZER

Cellenis® Derma PRP

A cutting-edge natural biotherapy that restructures the proteins in your own blood into a dense, mesh-like scaffold — combining the regenerative power of PRP with extended-release volumizing effects for immediate enhancement and lasting dermal health.

HOW IT WORKS

01

A small sample of your blood is processed to prepare Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), then Platelet-Poor Plasma (PPP) is extracted.

02

The PPP — which contains about 60% albumin — is processed to denature the hydrogen bonds within its protein molecules.

03

Proteins are reorganized into a dense, mesh-like scaffold that supports gradual absorption and extended-release of growth factors.

WHAT IT'S GOOD FOR

  • 01

Facial volume loss in the cheeks, temples, or under-eye hollows

  • 02

Fine lines and crepey texture that need both volumizing and regeneration

  • 03

Delicate or large-volume areas that benefit from slow, sustained support

  • 04

Patients wanting longer-lasting results than standard PRP alone

  • 05

Scalp and hair restoration where extended growth-factor release helps follicles

PLATELET-RICH PLASMA

PRP

Platelet-rich plasma drawn from your own blood and delivered directly to areas of concern — flooding the tissue with concentrated growth factors and signaling proteins that drive healing, collagen production, and cellular renewal.

HOW IT WORKS

01

A small sample of your blood is centrifuged to separate platelet-rich plasma from red and white cells.

02

The concentrated PRP — rich in growth factors — is mapped to your areas of concern.

03

Injected or microneedled into the skin or scalp, releasing proteins that stimulate cell turnover and collagen production.

WHAT IT'S GOOD FOR

  • 01

Skin texture, tone, and radiance improvement across the face

  • 02

Acne scars, stretch marks, and surface irregularities

  • 03

Early thinning or shedding when used for hair restoration

  • 04

Under-eye circles and dull, tired skin

  • 05

Patients seeking a regenerative, drug-free approach with minimal downtime

THE DIFFERENCE

Cellenis® Derma PRP vs. PRP.

COMPARISON
CELLENIS® DERMA PRP
PRP

What it is

A restructured protein scaffold — plasma proteins are denatured and reorganized into a dense, mesh-like matrix that acts as a natural dermal volumizer.

Concentrated platelets and growth factors suspended in plasma, delivered directly to the tissue to stimulate regeneration.

Primary action

Immediate volumization plus slow, extended-release of growth factors over time.

Rapid delivery of growth factors that signal cells to repair, rebuild, and renew.

Best for

Volume loss and structural support where lasting lift and fill are the goal.

Surface texture, tone, scarring, and regenerative stimulation across broad areas.

Session cadence

Minimum of 2 treatments, 6–8 weeks apart, with repeat sessions every 6–8 months.

A series of 3–4 treatments spaced about 4 weeks apart, with maintenance 1–2 times yearly.

Regenerate with your own biology.
