A dedicated assisted-stretching and mobility station where guided, controlled work improves range of motion, posture, and movement quality. It complements strength and cardio by addressing the tissue restrictions that limit performance.
Used before training it prepares joints for load; used after it accelerates recovery and restores length to worked tissue.
